Our thoughtfully planned development will consist of ten modern townhouses on a spacious 1859 m² site. The design features a basement level with private double garages for each townhouse, along with three visitor parking spaces, including one disabled space. A loading bay for garbage trucks ensures efficient waste management. Each townhouse will have a ground floor and two upper levels, offering contemporary living spaces that blend functionality and comfort, enhancing the neighborhood’s residential appeal.
