Our thoughtfully planned development will replace two existing dwellings with four double-storey attached units on a 1076 m² site. Each unit will feature four bedrooms, with an additional studio at the back. The design ensures convenience, with units 1 and 4 having single driveways and units 2 and 3 sharing a combined driveway, providing functional and efficient access for future residents while enhancing the community’s aesthetic.
