Loka Consulting Engineers is proud to support the delivery of a new 52-place childcare centre within a major mixed-use development currently under construction.

The childcare centre has been carefully integrated into an approved shop-top housing development, which includes basement parking, a ground-floor supermarket, a liquor store, and 188 residential apartments.

Designed to provide a safe, modern, and engaging learning environment, the facility features:

• Three indoor play areas designed to support early childhood education and development.
• Two outdoor play areas located on the Level 1 mezzanine, providing secure and stimulating recreational spaces for children.
