Our thoughtfully planned alterations project is designed to enhance functionality and business operations. It involves the transformation of four distinct industrial buildings across a spacious 5,816.2 m² site, featuring a prominent 38.7 m frontage on Doody Street. The existing development, with a total gross floor area of 8,187 m², is carefully reconfigured to include 972 m² of modern office spaces, 875 m² of efficient warehouse facilities, and 975 m² of retail areas.
