Hybrid Development Wollongong

Our mixed-use hybrid development integrates various facilities within a site area of 1,824.527 m². The project features a 6-level hotel with 92 units, retail spaces on the ground and lower floors, and a restaurant serving hotel guests. Above, the shop-top apartment development spans levels 7 to 16, offering a range of 20 one-bedroom, 20 two-bedroom, and 6 three-bedroom units. This innovative design, bounded by Young Street, Belmore Street, and adjacent properties, ensures a blend of commercial, hospitality, and residential spaces for a vibrant urban environment.
