Imagined within a 2773.1 m² site, this mixed-use development offers three basement parking levels and two ground-level commercial spaces (104.1 m² & 849.3 m²). Above, seventeen floors house 75 residential units, including a medical/pathology use on the ground floor and level 1. These residential units meld urban living with commercial vitality, encapsulating the essence of modern architecture.
