The proposed development comprises two contemporary residential flat buildings across a generous 2,007 m² site in Belinda Street, Gerringong.
The development features two basement levels dedicated primarily to car parking, with vehicular access provided from Belinda Street, together with a ground floor and three upper residential levels. The project will deliver a total of 26 residential units, creating a thoughtfully designed residential community within the Gerringong area.
