The proposed development involves the demolition of the existing structures and the construction of a contemporary residential flat building on a site of approximately 510 m². The development comprises one basement level, one ground floor, and three uper levels, accommodating a total of four residential units. The project has been carefully designed to maximise site functionality while delivering high-quality residential accommodation in accordance with the relevant planning controls and Australian Standards.
