Our visionary development is designed to transform the urban landscape with the construction of 15 lots and a Torrens subdivision into 5 distinct lots. It features 5 mixed-use buildings ranging from 10 to 17 storeys, with 2 expansive basements accommodating up to 731 car parking spaces. The development includes 542 residential units, 8,230 m² of commercial space, and a striking sky bridge over McFarlane Street, seamlessly connecting to the existing shopping mall. A new road will further enhance accessibility, integrating modern living, commerce, and connectivity.
